i am going home for christmas!
it is going to be truly weird to wake up in my parents' house after over a year away. it's strange to think that colorado springs has gone on without me--how dare people have lives while i'm away. i am most looking forward to the following: family, friends, the sound of birds singing (no, seriously), peanut butter (obv), pancakes from ihop, cast-iron cooking pans, underwear from victoria's secret, the fireplace (and the COLD for that matter), getting multiple things done in a single day, yakitori (food variety in general), and makeup for someone as pale as i am (which is nowhere to be found in argentina).

ReplyDeleteIf you're up for dancing when you're in town, give me a call. Not much tango around here, but lots of salsa and merengue.
We'll also have parties on Dec 24 and Dec 31 if you want to drink and dance and do it in Spanish!
